Whole Community Essentials

Whole Community Essentials ensures staff can build a common understanding of pre-conceived judgements, in order to create a more fair environment. This course explores what it means to work in an environment that respects all people, what it means to serve a community in a judgment-free way, and what it looks like to connect with each other when difficult situations arise.
